Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the terms related to order cancellation, returns, and refunds for products purchased from Swadeshi Safety Store.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be approved under the following circumstances:
- Product received is damaged
- Incorrect product delivered
- Manufacturing defect identified upon receipt
3. Refund Request Timeline
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of product receipt. Requests raised after this period may not be considered.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved and the product is received back (if applicable), the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days. The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Customised or bulk orders unless explicitly agreed
6. Bulk Orders
Bulk or institutional orders are managed separately and follow mutually agreed commercial terms. Refunds for such orders are subject to written agreement.
